I LOVE my CoCo Bidet!!! I couldn't live without one on at least one toilet in my house!!!

Absolutely horrendous. However, that is what I suppose I deserve for purchasing one of the lesser known brands of bidets. I also chose this one because it fit my Kohler 1-piece toilet with the curve. Needless to say, after this experience (I was very much looking forward to having bidets in my bathrooms) I have moved the curved Kohler toilet and faulty Coco into the basement and purchased a new toilet without a curve just so I have more choices in bidets. Upon installation, this bidet sprayed my thigh and nowhere near my bum. The angle of it was askew and no matter what I tried I could not get it to spray what it was supposed to spray. I looked at the nozzles and found nothing obstructing them. I had my son try it and it was crooked for him as well. Whilst configuring the controls every which way I did try the IIP (on my thigh). This feature is highly ineffective. It is almost the same steady pressure so it is misleading to call it pulsation. Either way, I purchased a Kohler Cimarron and a USPA bidet to go with it. In comparison, the USPA is sleeker looking and also has this so called “patented” IIP (I thought this was exclusive to this Coco bidet). However, this IIP wash along with the warm water had immediate results *blush*. It sprays me where I want to be sprayed and although I lost a few hundred dollars in this bidet obtaining process, I am fine with it as long as I got what I wanted in the end. I could not find USPA on ATG but hopefully in the near future there will be since I would like to furnish all of my bathrooms with bidets and do not enjoy ordering from Amazon and I have been very satisfied with the dinnerware I have ordered from ATG in the past.
