Write a Reviewassembly loosens repeatedly after many attempts to tighten

For some unforseen reason a feature is that the rounded assembly is not fixed and it loosens all the time causing me to have a small screwdriver in my bathroom to make adjustments. One time the screw got away and i have even greater difficulties now as I've gone to several hardware stores to replace the screw and they are all the wrong size, either length or width. Not happy.

Perfectly matched the oil-rubbed bronze finish of my Ashfield series towel rack, and toilet tissue dispenser. Very solid and functional, towel bar swivels. Easy to install with included hardware. Exactly as I expected, I am happy with this purchase. Delivery was expeditious, thanks Fixture Universe!
